Testing project and result
I. SD rat, weigh 220¡À10g£¬certificate
No. Chuan Shi Dong Guan 24101101. Mouse of Kunming
Origin, weigh 17¡À5g£¬certificate No. Chuan Shi
Dong Guan 67. Half male ones and half female ones.
II. Acute Toxicity
Test£º testing the half lethal dose of the rats and
the mice by means of Horn Method£¨LD50£©. The
result is none of the rat that weighs 10g/kg died in
the test LD50>10g/kg. No acute toxicity.
III. Animal
Experiment of Weight Loss£º
1. Weight loss
experiment is based on the animal model. The tested
animals are classified into: Normal Control Group
(fed with common feeding stuff), Fat Control Group
(fed with high calorie feeding stuff), Group of
Weight Loss I (fed with high calorie feeding stuff
and Healthin Slim Tea at the ratio of 0.5g/100g
between tea and animal's weight), Group of Weight
Loss II (fed with high calorie feeding stuff and
Healthin Slim Tea at the ratio of 1.0g/100g between
tea and animal's weight). Experiment period is two
weeks.
2.Observation£º if
there is any side effect (diarrhea or adynamia ) on
weight, fat/weight (around kidney and peritoneum),
glycerin, total cholesterol, pathological data of
liver.
3.Result£º after the
test, the weight data of the Fat Control Group are
obviously higher than that of the others£» data of
Group of Weight Loss I has almost no difference from
the Control Group£» weight of animals in the Group
of Weight Loss II are largely decreased. With regard
to the fat/weight, the result of Fat Control Group
and Group of Weight Loss I are higher than that of
the others, while the Group of Weight Loss II has no
obvious difference from the Normal Control Group. No
obvious difference of cholesterol between the
groups. The two Groups of Weight Loss has lower
value of glycerin than the others except the Normal
Control Group.
IV. Conclusion£º
Healthin Slim Tea is effective on weight loss and
reduction of blood fat under the condition of
experiment.
